The lithe 5-foot-6 Kate gained almost 70 pounds during her recent second pregnancy and tipped the scales at 184 pounds.
Hudson, who lost 70 pounds after giving birth to her second son in 2011, credits regular exercise for her slimline physique. “Dancing, Pilates and running after Bing [is my fitness secret],” Kate told Glamour.
“I devoted six hours a day to a vigorous workout regime,” Kate told Star. “I would do 45 or 55 minutes of cardio, then an hour of Pilates or yoga, three times a day.”
